Tiki’s unexpected move
From March 8, 2022, Tiki e-commerce floor officially applied a new shipping fee schedule with all items adjusted at 40% lower than the old fee schedule.
Specifically, the shipping fee in the same city for packages under 3kg is reduced from 14,000 VND to 10,000 VND, TikiNOW 2h is reduced from 29,000 VND to 19,000 VND, TikiNOW same day delivery is reduced from 25,000 VND to 14,000 VND. Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh and vice versa is only 17,000 VND, a decrease of 5,000 compared to the old fee.
It can be seen that this is an extremely competitive fee in the e-commerce market, especially in the context that gasoline and fuel prices are continuously increasing due to the supply chain crisis.
Efforts to improve the system, invest in logistics services
Every year, Tiki invests tens of millions of dollars in technology and logistics systems.
