The investor of the Bac Giang International Logistics Center project in Bac Giang International Logistics Company Limited. The project, which has an area of 71ha, is implemented in Song Khe commune, Bac Giang city, Bac Giang province. This is the project that brings the first Grade A warehouse supply in Bac Giang, to meet the increasing logistics demand in the Northern market.
The Logistics Center is located on National Highway 1A, in the golden economic triangle of Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh. From this center, it takes customers only 45 minutes to reach Hanoi city center (50km), and 50 minutes to Noi Bai International Airport (56km).
Thanks to the convenient location and developed transport infrastructure, investors will save time and costs in goods trade. The project connects with Hai Phong – Quang Ninh port cluster, industrial parks, or neighboring logistics centers in Bac Ninh and Hai Duong through National Highway 1A and Hanoi – Hai Phong highway. Especially with only two hours of travel, commodities can arrive at Huu Nghi Lang Son border gate – China.
On September 26, 2021, the project started construction of phase 1 with 76,000 m2, and is expected to be handed over in the first quarter of 2022. The rental area from 2,000 m2 will flexibly meet all the needs of guests of many different industries and countries. Around the project, there are also a series of large manufacturing companies such as Luxshare – ICT, Foxconn, JA Solar.
In addition, the center also provides several other services such as restaurants, product exhibitions, gas stations, and high-quality highway rest stops to contribute to bringing the best experience to customers.
The project investor has also appointed CBRE Vietnam as the exclusive marketing and warehouse leasing unit of the project. Accordingly, CBRE will accompany the investor throughout the project, and at the same time support activities from marketing, finding tenants to signing contracts.
