Purchase agreement between two leading logistics companies
Keppel Logistics is a logistics company based in Singapore. Operating across Southeast Asia with nearly 500 employees, Keppel Logistics owns more than 200,000 square meters of warehouse space in Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. The company provides end-to-end B2B and B2C logistics solutions, from warehousing to last-mile delivery, with strong skills in e-commerce omnichannel delivery thanks to its Urban platform Fox is growing rapidly.
Currently, GEODIS has 3,700 employees across 76 locations in the Asia-Pacific region. Thus, this acquisition will contribute to strengthening GEODIS’s leading position in the world in logistics service provision.
This acquisition, subject to regulatory review and approval, is expected to be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2022. Both companies will operate as independent businesses and operate as usual.
The project is part of the business’s development plan
