Vietjet’s 10th domestic route in Thailand connects Bangkok the capital and Nakhon Si Thammarat.
Vietjet Thailand has just launched a flight connecting Bangkok the capital from Suvarnabhumi airport with Nakhon Si Thammarat, the southern administrative center and one of the oldest cities in Thailand. The inaugural flight was attended by Mr. Siripat Phatthakun, Governor of Nakhon Si Thammarat.
The inaugural flight, numbered VZ330, also brings passengers a special performance of Thai singer “GunGun” on board. Passengers on the first flight were also given souvenirs by the airline and were warmly welcomed upon landing with fresh wreaths from representatives of the airport and the Tourism Authority of Thailand office in Nakhon Si Thammarat.
With a flight time of 1 hour and 15 minutes per direction, the new route will operate a daily return flight from August 6 and increase the frequency to 4 flights per day in October. In addition, with the positive response from the passengers for the route to Nakhon Si Thammarat, the frequency of operations is also likely to increase to five per day by year-end.
Passengers can buy tickets on the airline’s ticketing channels with one-way fares excluding taxes and fees from only 199 baht (~ 149,000 VND).
Currently, passengers can check-in online for domestic flights departing from Suvarnabhumi Airport. All Vietjet flights comply with the highest safety standards of the authorities including aircraft disinfection.
