A series of enterprises suspend the “3 in place” plan
On August 23, according to the People’s Committee of Binh Duong province, there are currently 795 enterprises temporarily suspending the implementation of the “3 in place” plan because of not ensuring safety for epidemic prevention and control, not having enough raw materials for production or appears F0 too much in the company.
Specifically, as of August 22, there are 323 enterprises in the industrial zone (with 85,000 employees) applying to suspend the implementation of the plans because there is F0 in the company and there is no source of raw materials and unstable orders, or workers refusing to stay at work, etc. Along with that, 19 enterprises in industrial clusters and 434 enterprises outside industrial zones and industrial clusters with a total workforce of more than 39,600 people also announced to suspend operations.
In fact, at present, F0 cases are still being detected continuously in industrial zones. As of August 22, there were 391 enterprises with 3,263 F0 cases detected at the company and isolation areas. Up to now, 12 enterprises with 92 F0 cases and 22 suspected cases have not been sent to concentrated isolation by the health center even though it has been more than 24 hours after being detected.
Coordinate sampling and vaccination for employees
Currently, the Management of Industrial Zone continues to coordinate with the Center for Disease Control of Binh Duong Province to develop a plan to take large-scale samples for testing at enterprises in the industrial park. At the same time, they inform enterprises that are implementing the “3 in place” and “1 route 2 destinations” options to make a list of working employees to prepare for the implementation of vaccination according to the plan of the Department of Health.
The number of workers working in the Industrial Park in the province who have been vaccinated is 121,998.
According to data from Binh Duong, the total number of enterprises inside and outside the industrial zone in Binh Duong province that are still registered to implement the “3 in place” option is 3,033 enterprises. Specifically, in the industrial zone, there are 1,316 enterprises with nearly 141,447 employees registered to work, 43 enterprises in the industrial cluster, outside the industrial zone there are 1,674 enterprises with nearly 100,931 employees registered to work.
When workers return to work at the factory, workers are provided with all necessary necessities by businesses and some units have additional allowances, on average from 1-3 million VND/person. /month.
